Selling $500+ PayPal account, practically giving it away, what's that all about?

I bet it's been loaded up with with sales that'll all be charged back once the account is sold.

How old are the sales? More than 180 days old?  How did the money get into the account?  Were they sales, if so, for what?  A bank deposit?

What's the name of the account?  Is it verified?  any email addresses linked to the account?
