I hope it's not another change of database format. I do not want to download the blocks again. I still have version 0.112 running and it is extremely stable 
If you dont want to redownload use 'Bootstrap' DB format
Just copy Bitcoin bootstrap.dat to
%APPDATA%\Ufasoft\Coin\BTC\BTC.bootstrap.dat
The client will reindex it without downloading anything
