Poloniex lets you borrow CLAMs if you want to use them to trade on margin. But you can't withdraw the borrowed CLAMs.

I doubt anyone would lend you CLAMs for less than 0.2% interest per day because they can make that much just from staking them for themselves.

What do you have for collateral?
