well this is a p2p payment system which can work online and offline ... basically this can be carried by mobile phone .... It works on SVP since mobile cant hold the entire database ... and this is like sending coins from one device to another using NFC without internet ...
Two option will be with the wallet Cold/Hot Cold is offline payment once you wanna send it online you cans use Hot ....both will be onclick option in the wallet
