1. WE SENT ALL MAPC to C-CEX
2. C-CEXs only main operator can do the burn
3. C-CEX is in EU timezone and this 1 guy doesnt work much
4.C-CEX owns all the MAPC, sold and ones supossed to be burnt.

C-CEX is a good exchange, they will not steal - just they have to wake up and do the burn as they have the coins, not us.
