The problem is that puts some guys opinion superior to Gods infallible word. It makes me wonder what other things I could change. Could I have sex with my sister? Why not, Couldn't I just come up with some words that justify it. That is what has happened for many rules found in the Bible, like the one we are discussing.
I don't recall any passage in the Bible that allows any person to change the word of God. There is no ambiguity in the passage, women MUST cover their heads.
