Mining works, but I just don't get lots of hashes... really don't get it Sad

Getting a bit pissed of this. Missing so many coins now.
Only have 0.5 coin for 6h of mining with a 280x!!!!

I got 1 SHIFT on suprnova pool...with a MSI R9 270 2GB..I was mining 1 hour
