Uhm, do neg trust accounts have any uses? It seems useless because sig campaigns doesn't accept accounts with neg trust
It also seems that you are spamming craps here. If the account has a lot of posts, you can buy for example Sr. Member with negative trust, but with 1000 posts for 0.01 BTC and put your signature on. It will be advertised through hundreds of different thread and posts for just 0.01 BTC.
