IMHO keep what already exists running and up-to-date before moving on to new things. The ANN needs some cleaning up and the website needs some renovating.

Working on it. It's been a long process to get this client side encrypted email service up and make sure its properly secured. It's forked off a crowdfunded and open source project I've been following, but the official installation instructions involve downloading too many precompiled binaries. Instead I am compiling everything from source separately and doing a lot of tests. I'm keeping a log of the efforts and additional security measures so maybe I'll post it later.
With that, I can start building a user base both inside and outside crypto. Then the ANN and website start getting fixed up.
