One thing catches my eye; "..who does not currently appear in the official election almanac,.. "  So basically he's not even a candidate technically, right ?
Sounds to me like an attempt to give bitcoin some media attention - not that i mind tho .. But even so, i doubt it will have some real affect what he's doing.
