Whats the problem if i am a newbie? this is a little bit racist...
I never sayed that i dont received the peyment, i received it in hold for 21 days for idk what reason...also i dont think that was family and friends because i needed to accept or decline it and how i sayed, after this i eanted to acces my paypal after a few minutes and i received username or pw is wrong...my account doesnt exists anymore...

EDIT: I live in europe and i cant add bank account to paypal, just credit card ( that is not linked ) maybe someone can confirm this
And also the money was in pending 21 days, so i was unable to acces them in any way
