its not working for me when i click on RunMe.bat just a box appears and disapprear in 0.1 secounds, yes i follow all the steps but still its not working, any suggestions ? 
There is a syntax error in your command line... watch out for extra or missing spaces - a common mistake...
Otherwise consult the help file (commands) that came with the program...
