ScryptCC's web host is in Phoenix. We proved that too. The ask for TX Ids from wallets is because he could be and likely is using mixers, casinos, anonymous exchanges, etc. to show "hot wallet activity." How is this still going? It's not hard to figure out... the site hit its peak of users and deposits when "KHS" was 1200-1500 satoshis each. Then "oh noes da powa" and "dubl oh noes we'z hax0rd", and a drastic devaluation of the commodity alongside "hacked" accounts, means there's far more BTC in Marcelo's wallet than he now needs to pay out with the current value of "KHS" after the "hacks." Be honest for a minute - damn near all the investors in this site used auto-invest and/or bought up their portfolios manually, which meant most accounts were almost entirely in KHS with little to no accrued BTC. So when that price dropped like a rock, that's simply less BTC he had to pay out.
Other payout saving measures include:
- Deletion of KHS from lucky members' accounts
- Repeatedly forcing auto-invest on lots of accounts
- Converting KHS to MHS and not only rounding down, but again devaluing this bullshit commodity
- ...and various combinations of the above
See, if you steal X and only need to pay out X/10000, for example, you can keep that going for a long long time as long as people keep logging in and trading this crap back and forth, with the occasional set of fresh deposits from greedy idiots.
All this is true.
