Not waste your time guys, i talked to him on skype and i offered forum escrow or localbitcoins escrow he just refuse.
Scammers are so obvious nowadays. If the fact that it was a Newbie + PayPal + All amounts = Scam wasn't obvious, then this statement should clear it up.
