Do i get accepted, i wear sig and pm, but on yobit still not active?

That i have done already ago, but then i was not active anymore. So now i cant fill in my uid, but the uid is connected to yobit.
is that a bought account? if that's so then it's probably connected to another account or to the previous owner account
