This user refuses to reset his password in order to regain control of his account. If he just does a simple password reset he would have had his coins forever ago.

1. Cryptsy cant change your password they have no way to do so only users can.
2. User not wanting to do a password change generally means to me they don't control the account and cannot reset it.

So as soon as he resets his password he will have his coins its really pretty simple. He just refuses to do so, and refuses to acknowledge the fact that he forgot his password.
