2nd question is about my wallet for namecoins. i did some command line and got my namecoin address but thats all i have. so if i lose that address, i loose all my namecoins?
If you have the official namecoin client, then make backup of namecoin wallet.dat
Because it is unencrypted, encrypt it (e.g. rar it with long password) and make several copies on dif places. If you sending your namecoins, then make periodic backups of wallet.dat, see

Because I have no use for namecoins i withdraw the mined namecoins from pool right to deposit address of exchange service and exchanging 'em for bitcoins
