Would love to know why after I emailed support about my pending, not sent, withdrawal of .38 BTC, my account on the site suddenly stopped working, and no replies to my emails.

I'm sorry to hear this. I acquired the site in August and would be happy to help. Please PM me. I will do what I can to right any past "wrongs" by the site. Obviously I cannot account for issues that have taken place in the past, but will do my best to help people out. The site is not a scam, and I can tell you that I have personally paid out all winners for the last few weeks. As far as I can tell, there was no trickery going on (or there definitely isn't at this point).
