In Bitcoin Core you need to use coin control.
But coin control crashes my bitcoin core and it keeps loading forever.
I'd say use bitcoind but that's not easy for someone without much experience.
bitcoind, or bitcoin core (bitcoin xt?) w/lots of RAM
