No time to take his not-a-welfare check to Walmart.
Welfare is the provision of a minimal level of well-being and social support for all citizens, sometimes referred to as public aid.
Social Security is a United States federal program of social insurance and benefits developed in 1935.
So...
Welfare = a program to provide a social benefit to the community = Social Security
While I see why an individual does not want to admit that he's mooching off the income producing public of his/her country by saying he's on "disability" the fact still remains that every single dollar comes from taxes to provide social support for those who can't, or won't, do so for themselves.
An added observation of mine, and very unfortunate one at that, is there is a significant increase in the "won't" crowd which also seems to be overtaking the "can't" crowd and giving the entire program a bad reputation.
I guess what I'm trying to say is... you're on welfare. The only question from me, and I don't expect any answer because you seem to be oh so mature in your years, is are you
only on welfare?
