Keeping Bitcoins of those who have lost their passwords is simply another way for Admin to steal. i know because I am locked out of one of my accounts and never was able to get back in. I lost $750.

As far a support tickets, they have not been answered since late April. The response from Scrypt.cc support comes from support@scrypt.cc. I did receive a prompt response in early April and that was the return address.

If you email support@scrypt.cc or contact@scrypt.cc, the email will bounce back to you. This means that the inbox is so full, it cannot receive any more messages. That means Admin is not downloading the messages. He does not receive or read them.
