Heya don 't know if you're still looking for an answer on this but your best bet is to get a cheap SBC and use it to run your UltraHoist board you will then have te ability to tweak the voltage setting.  Newegg was selling the Cubieboards for $19.00 (not sure if sale is still on).  Cubieboard1 is not the best but BitCrane does have an official linux image for the cubieboard as well as a pretty slick web interface and keep alive scripts for you UltraHoist board.  You can also get a pcdunio for $15.00 to $20.00 on ebay but would need to configure any linux image you use for mining purposes. I attached the the SBC to the bottom of a metal plate that the hardware store had on sale then mounted the UltraHoist board on top. This worked fairly well in creating an independent mining unit that can hash around 550GHs to 850GHs depending on how hard you push the board and the metal mounting plate helped draw heat from the UltraHoist Chip...
