That is an opinion and would be impossible to prove. If you would be willing to pay the escrow fee, and agree to certain conditions as to when I would have my money returned to me then yes I would agree to that.

I am also unsure as to why you are speaking in that dialect as where you are from and where you live generally does not have anyone that speaks in that dialect.
