Dank words of advice:

- Don't set expectations and you can't be let down.
- All problems manifest within your mind, you create them to be.  Nothing is good or bad, go with the flow.
- Your soul is comprised of your conscious and your ego.  All thoughts and actions are based off one of these.  Ego is what we use to learn in this world, conscious is our 'god' energy which connects us all.  Ego destroys love and love destroys ego, duality.  Ego is a parasite, constantly trying to feed itself, trying to help yourself rather than helping others.  Right now, our society is very much ego bound, resulting in greed, division, war, disease, and all around negativity.  As you become consciously aware of your ego, you can choose to act out of your ego or conscious.  Acting out of your conscious, or love, spreads positive energy to whomever you may interact with.  We are all one soul, if all humans acted with our conscious, there would be no troubles in the world, as the world would be full of love.

I've applied these to my life, helping me greatly.  As a child, I was very egotistical, which led to a lot of problems in my life and eventually, depression as a teen.  One thing that got to me was that I was overweight, even though the doctor said I wasn't, creating confusion as to why I looked bigger.  I've tried to lose weight since, playing sports, working out, whatever.  Years of effort to no avail.  In the last 5 months, after learning these things, I've completely transformed into a different person.  It didn't take hours of working out, either, the only changes in my life were that I stopped dwelling on my problems and that I stopped sitting on a computer all day.  By learning to act with my conscious, helping others before myself, being friendly, releasing good vibes to others, I ended up getting in shape in such a short period of time.  Not to mention I was multitudes happier.

This is why I believe in karma, because it has worked in my life and shown to be true.  It makes no difference to me if you believe or not, I wrote this here to spread helpful information that changed my life for the best.  While it's not always easy to control your ego, being aware of it and it's impact on your life is a good start.  Use these words as you wish.
