BUT....those within the government can certainly subpoena Micheal Marquardt to see if its really Carlos or not. Maybe these postings will end up in court as evidence

.I think the agencies already subpoenaed anything they needed long ago, some post-scam trolling is probably of little interest to them.
Perhaps having to dig through all this garbage IS the reason why the investigation is so slow
