If I tried to sue everyone that called me a scammer, conman, clown, douchebag, and a whole host of other names, I'd never have written a line of code yet!
This is what attorneys are for. You give them a task and share profit in the end. Smoothie feels himself protected because of lack of real life experience. Once he gets his arse slapped by guys in uniform he will change his behavior on the Internet, no doubt.
