I can take responsibility for amounts up to 100$.

100$ is only temporarily amount, it will be higher when tested more.

From my own tests it works, but needs to be checked on bigger scale.

However to apply for my guarantee you need to meet following conditions:

- no other methods of loading now or previously
- no quazi-cash transactions
- no automatic gas distributor transactions
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are forbidden by bank (I listed them in product description)
- you can't use it on territory of countries that are suspected for supporting the terrorism (http://www.state.gov/j/ct/rls/crt/index.htm)
- you can't use it on territory of tax heaven countries.

Great majority of my customers comply with these rules.
