Users deposit to address, script sees it, and determines win or loose, based on provable fairness
The script then deposits to the bankroll, or pays out.
PROVABLE FAIRNESS
the script looks at the second and third numbers in the txid. if they are smaller than 45, it is a win. if it is bigger, then it is a loose.
The script uses blockchain.info's API.
