Very disconcerting to see the same event graded as both a win and loss Huh

After a day and a half support was kind enough to contact me about this error in their system grading the same event as both a win and loss:

" Thanks for reaching out to us. We are currently looking into this issue.

Extremely frustrating to put it nicely, but par for the course for cloudbet. The wait continues...
