Hey all,

So i've yet to actually trade in my bit coins for USD yet. Was going to use Mt Gox. Does it work fairly simple? Like, for say, I can see 10 BTC's and get USD ASAP or do I have to actually wait for someone to buy it? Some feed back or better ideas on how to convert BTCs to USD would be very much appreciated.
