We apologize for the late response. The problem is caused by a lack of clearnet nodes. Our transactions arent getting relayed correctly to the i2p nodes making up the majority of the network. We were running on i2p until a recent hardware failure. And will restore our Anoncoin wallet to a permanent server again soon. Until then some withdrawals will have a delay in confirmation
