@Jakez: I would not recommend you to send the money first to this user, just have a look at his trust rating.

If he doesn't accept escrow, don't do the trade - simple as that. He can quickly withdraw the Skrillfunds and then you've got nothing and Skrill often doesn't refund money which is not existing in their system anymore.
