Anyone who doesn't follow Jesus Christ and try to do what He said, His teachings, is not a Christian. Catholics don't believe you can be forgiven by the Lord (according to your words you need a priest or you go to hell). I don't understand how you don't understand that it means they're not teaching a Christian philosophy. There's only way to the Lord and that's through the Son, Jesus.
