Payments will be going out shortly.  I never ran a ponzi scheme, its just that most of the investments I made ended up going bad.  Running and not returning would be probably the easiest and sane thing to do but I'm not that type of person.  I will continue to pay the best I can and I'm working on trying to return as many bitcoins as possible to the people that loaned them to me.
