have you tried contacting support? It looks like the fees in that transaction were not at the recommended level for the amount of small inputs/outputs which is why it may be taking so long.

In terms of being scammed? I wouldnt be suprised. The site structure and lack of company information/transparency is provides an easy exit for the site operators if they chose to do so. They seem to have been operating for quite some time though so that is a plus.
