it says i already sent so i have to wait 360mins, but i just logged in since a minute since months.. so impossible

That is not true. You can login and instantly post, even as a newbie. Look at this person, he has made 2 posts but has only been logged in for 1 minute.

shorena, it's since the last submission; so PMs, posting, and I think even reporting posts/adding trust.

QS, how did you find the total logged time? All I can see on his profile is the date registered and stuff.
