To which country are you referring domestic to? To the shipped country or the country that issues the debit card?
Monthly SMS notification fee (not optional) - We want it or not 1 will be deducted from our balance right?
the monthly fee is only charged for the months when you use the card. If no transactions are made in a particular month, there is no charge. No inactivity fees either.
