DaDice sold the site for 300 BTC, but can't afford to honor the promotion done on their watch and that the new owner bought the site for 300 BTC and his first act is to screw the players for the promotional money

They are faking a sale to create new bitcointalk accounts without the red negative reputation and weasel their way out of their obligations.
