There is even a place in Hebrews, in the New Testament, that says that if a person who is a believer falls away, it will be impossible for him to be brought back to faith again.

No, I don't agree. Atheists have their place even if they can never be brought to faith, just the same as those who believe in a false god.
However, some atheists are simply liars without knowing it. They are believers in heart, but have been hurt in life, and are struggling against God in their spiritual pain, not realizing that God is the one Who is trying to help them. Perhaps they will come to God someday.
There are other atheists who simply have not heard about God. Give them a chance to be saved. One never knows when they might turn.
Will atheists die? It seems that most people die sooner or later. There isn't anybody running around admitting that he is 200 years old. If there is, he doesn't have documented proof. It would be in the newspapers.
