This site is no more paying so it's scam!
HYIPs without monitors = poor projects = do not invest there.
By the way, there are exceptions such as carbon7.cc
the BTC hyip aren't monitored usually, however there is some exceptions.
About carbon7.cc is it still paying till now ?
BTC programs are usualy hybrid projects and not the same as HYIPs like comexbrokerage (this is an example).
Such programs are more unique than common HYIPs because they run custom and/or unique scripts coded by the owner/s, so this means they don't really need to purchase monitors since they are already unique, and we all know that most of the investors go for unique projects.
Sorry for the intense use of the word "unique" (once again lol), I hope you get it anyways.
C7 is still paying but I don't reccomend it if you didn't join there yet.
