Blockchain.info is best wallet for everyone.i think everyone should use this online wallet it will never deleted if your mobile format.
blockchain.info is known for its bugs. I don't think why people still choose it as their main wallet?
There are other alternatives like Xapo which offers reliability and ease of use.

you are using two bad options as your wallet.
using an exchanger as main wallet is the worst option that you could have chosen. because you don't even have access to your own private keys. so if the exchanger decides to close your account or even runs away, then you are screwed.
