I installed the regular QT wallet (not the fixed)

then after that not syncing I downloaded the fixed wallet file and replaced the old wallet file.

I opened and closed the wallet a couple times during the syncing process to help it along.
It only took a few minutes for wallet to sync...

Then sending transactions into the wallet took about ten minutes for the coins to become spendable .
