it says i already sent so i have to wait 360mins, but i just logged in since a minute since months.. so impossible

Its not since the last post, but since the last action. Logging in is an action.
Im pretty sure I am correct on this. Last active is not when someone logs in. My last active would often be days in the past as I tend to stay logged in.
You can login and instantly post, even as a newbie. Correct.

I think if you preview (not sure), add a trust, try to submit a post unsuccessfully, you have to wait again?
