So, the merger of Spondoolies with BTCS is apparently a done deal.

Guy Corem, Kobi Levin, and Gadi Glikberg, current executives of Spondoolies, will also be appointed officers of the combined company.
Its not quite, still pending a few things but its essentially the two companies saying "yeah, we're going to do this unless someone tells us we can't".
Closing of the merger is subject to, among other things, receipt of regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
I wonder if Zvi/software lead is still with the combined company?
Zvi co-founded his own company this year and is working for MS, so if he's still involved he's definitely a busy man.
