where do i find AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin\. i am running win 8 within mac via vmware fusion 7, when i get to c:/users i olny get to (ticked to show hidden items), i found bitcoin folder in program files but no sign of wallet.dat

You have to toggle "
Show Hidden Files and Folders" then you can find that wallet.dat file at "
C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Bitcoin"
@OP You can manually copy & paste the wallet.dat file from mac
data directory and replace the file on your windows computer.
