The order for my physical Visa Debit card in USD was placed on 09/14/2015, nothing till now. No tracking number, no update, just "pending...".mate, it's not always easy to be sure who is who in the forum, but if we identified your request right, it has been addressed and resolved.
please, confirm all ok, as using the words you have used should really not be used unless it's a fact..
