Best way is to use the highly recommended altcoin creation kit: http://www.xup.in/dl,14957284/aLTCOINKit.7z/Although that file doesn't come up as a virus, it might be a virus. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE PROGRAM. There is absolutely no such thing as an altcoin creation kit THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESOURCE FILES. It is just an EXE file...
