Have they tried to contact theymos or BadBear? I'm pretty sure that theymos or BadBear can help them.Like what I did, but no response from either of them yet though.

Precisely. the account said she was banned for insubstantial post, after going through her history, she just mostly post in offtopic, one because her english kinda sucks and two, because she wants to know about bitcoin but doesnt really understand anything from a tech standpoint.
