Lets forget about blockexplorer or blockchain, or blockr.io for a moment. Those protocol explorer websites often have bugs or end up on the wrong fork for a while. They also are completely unaware of which wallet you are using, and therefore fail to show you some of the technical details that your wallet is handling for you.
Instead, lets just talk about your wallet, what your wallet says, and why you think your wallet is wrong.
I'll delete my earlier message, because I think I was probably misunderstanding some of what you were saying.
Can you please answer the following questions so that we can better analyze what is happening:
- What wallet are you using? (Bitcoin Core, Multibit, Electrum, Armory, Blockchain.info, etc)
- Does your wallet indicate that there are any "unconfirmed" transactions?
- Does your wallet indicate a different balance than you think you should have?
- Did you send bitcoins to someone, and that person is claiming that they never received the bitcoins?
- Did someone claim that they sent you bitcoins, and your wallet isn't showing that you received them?
