Are we doing this per ccp rules so its a legit sale so i dont lose toon. or are you wanting most of the payment in btc and then just a 2 bill isk offer in-game. also are you paying transfer fees are charters active and have you already started the eveboad sale.

if its going to be just a dummy offer for in-game are you only accepting btc for it. and also plz send a list of what you might be interested in price wise for the charters as ive been searching eve-boards for a while and have a pretty good just on prices.
